Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Storekeeper to support inventory control for medical and surgical supplies in a hospital setting, focusing on maintaining par-level replenishment and accurate stock placement.

You will conduct counts, enter data into the Materials Management Information System, generate reports, and keep stocking locations neat and organized. This is a hands-on on-site role in Los Angeles, requiring lift and physical effort as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years inventory control experience preferred in a healthcare setting.
• Some data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

• Store, label, and locate supplies correctly in designated areas.

Summary of Essential Duties:

• The Storekeeper is responsible for multiple aspects of inventory control required to maintain an effective par-level replenishment process of medical and surgical supplies.
• You will conduct inventory counts, input inventory data into Materials Management Information System, put supplies away in proper inventory locations, generate reports, and maintain neat and orderly par-levels stocking locations.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience desired, preferably in a health care setting
• Some data entry experience preferred

Physical Demands:

• Will stand/walk most of the day and may be required to bend and lift up to 75 pounds
