Job summary

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school and two (2) years of storekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and counts incoming supplies; inputs receipts via a computerized inventory system.
• Initiates stock replenishment requisitions and conducts periodic inventories.
• Maintains storekeeping system and determines minimum stock levels.
• Inspects worn-out tools and equipment for serviceability.
• Maintains property inventory records and supports acquisitions/disposals with the Department of Finance.
• May supervise assigned helpers.
• Performs other related duties as required.
