Job summary

The Florida Department of Veterans Affairs in Saint Augustine, FL seeks an OPS Storekeeper II to manage supplies, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate deliveries under the supervision of the Home Administrator.

Requires English communication, ability to lift 50 pounds, and experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office. Background check and drug test are part of the due diligence process; familiarity with Florida purchasing system is preferred.

Qualifications

• Inventory control experience.
• English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to lift 50 pounds and unload supplies.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must pass Level II background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Initiates purchase requisitions and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Maintains inventory system and records per FDVA standards.
• Delivers supplies to departments and storerooms as required.
• Maintains central and unit storerooms stocked to levels.
• Records and coordinates receiving reports for supplies/equipment.
• Coordinates with departments and residents' needs as required.
• Performs other related duties and attends mandatory training.
