What you'll be doing day to day

1. Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
2. Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy upon receipt.
3. Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
4. Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidance with flexibility.
5. Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
6. Adhering to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory taking procedures.
7. Fostering an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment roles.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate

Hours: 12-19 hours per week (HL1)

Shifts: Fully open schedule including evenings and weekends; schedules published one month in advance.

Pay Range: $21.06/hr - $30.09/hr
