Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a passionate, people-first leader to oversee store visual merchandising. You will promote merchandising excellence, adjust layouts based on brand strategy, inventory, and floor plans, and create inspiring displays.

You will partner with the Field Visual Merchandiser, conduct weekly tours with the Store Manager, and analyze KPIs to drive sales and turns, ensuring a compelling in-store experience for athletes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Visual Merchandising experience (preferably in softlines).
• Strong understanding of brand strategies and retail presentation.

Responsibilities

• Promotes visual merchandising excellence in the assigned store location.
• Solves merchandising opportunities based on architecture, inventory, selldown and floorplan.
• Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner.
• Oversees mannequins, forms, displays and strikepoints daily.
• Teaches and coordinates with Field Visual Merchandiser on priorities.
