You will collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Managers to plan workload, optimize product presentation, and enhance the customer experience through stylish, on-brand visuals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni-channel customer experience by aligning visual and commercial curation with guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to activation plans with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sales activities on time per brand standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation with Store Management and Area teams.
• Follow up on sales KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
