Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers, including bilingual abilities as a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Proficiency with basic math and understanding instructions.
• Operate POS equipment, symbol, and telephone (Cashier Only).
• Write routine reports and correspondence (Cashier Only).
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing (Cashier Only).
• Passion for outdoor hobbies and skills, e.g., fishing, hunting, shooting, camping (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• Meet federal and state requirements for firearm transactions (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Maintain FOID card requirements (Illinois only, Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly service to team members and customers.
• Understand emergency response procedures.
• Strong situational awareness and observation skills.

• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adhere to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly, up to 60 pounds occasionally.
