Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and manage assigned sales-floor areas. The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service, and owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, along with BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

You will lead shifts, ensure safety, and uphold store standards while developing team members through coaching. A high school diploma and at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license are preferred;

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, read/write and count.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Own Clothing department recovery and standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
