Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI execution and overall store readiness.

The ideal candidate has retail or farming-related experience, supervisory background, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
