Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and manage sales-floor presentation areas. This role drives Legendary Service and ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Ideal candidates have retail experience with supervisory exposure, can read/write/count, and are at least 18 with a valid driver’s license. The position requires flexibility for varied shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach and lead assigned team members during shifts.
• Own and maintain Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and Clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
