Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, aligning with store needs to drive strong selling results.

In this role you will deliver Legendary Service, supervise assigned Team Members, and help ensure safe, productive store operations while maintaining customer engagement and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members toward strong selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, and clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store readiness.
