Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. This role entails leading shifts, ensuring Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution while supporting BOPIS/OMNI processes and customer engagement.

Qualified candidates have retail or farming-related experience, supervisory exposure, and must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience: Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Uphold safety and productivity by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Assist customers at the front-end and on the sales floor.
