Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas. You will drive Legendary Service, ensure Power Panels, Clipstrips and Endcaps are maintained, and support BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have retail or farming/ranching knowledge, supervisory experience, and a commitment to safety and customer engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role in a store setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer engagement ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, delegating tasks and upholding standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including customer handoff and follow-up.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Maintain store readiness and assist customers at the front-end and on the sales floor.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
