Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and drive Legendary Service on the sales floor. You will own key presentation areas and assist with BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed, while leading shifts and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires flexibility with hours and a customer-driven mindset, with a focus on coaching, teamwork, and reliable store operation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead with exemplary customer engagement.
• Coach Team Members and ensure execution of store standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and clothing recovery tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI and front-end routines as assigned.
• Lead shifts and delegate tasks while maintaining safety and service standards.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
