Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. The role focuses on delivering Legendary Service, driving Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI execution and overall store readiness.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience with supervisory background, strong customer service skills, and be able to lead shifts, train team members, and uphold safety

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop Team Members.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for selling behaviors and standards.
• Own and maintain Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and Clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safety and compliance.
