Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key merchandising areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps. You will deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors while ensuring accurate housekeeping and safety across shifts.

You'll lead assigned Team Members, manage front-end, sales-floor activities, and participate in BOPIS/OMNI processes as needed. A strong retail background and reliable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Participate in front-end, sales floor, and customer engagement routines.
• Ensure store readiness and proper documentation of duties.
