Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience is required.
• Ability to train and develop a team to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and develop the team to meet store goals and maintain brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and provide real-time feedback.
