Job summary

True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Seattle Premium location. You will drive sales, manage operations, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, lead shifts as Manager on Duty, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting. This full-time role requires strong communication and team development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role in a fashion environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to support store KPIs including sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.
• Able to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn retail systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Results: Partner with the Store Manager to drive KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink while upholding standards.
• Lead on the Floor: Act as Manager on Duty, set expectations, lead shifts, and maintain a positive store environment.
• Communicate Effectively: Reinforce priorities and goals with clear team communication.
• Coach & Develop Associates: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback for performance and growth.
• Execute with Ownership: Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution to support business needs.
• Problem Solve & Protect Assets: Address challenges, resolve issues in real time, and support loss prevention.
