Job summary

True Religion in Wrentham Premium is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time position. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

As on-duty leader, you will coach associates, manage daily tasks, monitor KPIs like sales, payroll, and shrink, and ensure visual standards are upheld. You must be ready to cover leadership roles when needed and to work flexible hours,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory, key-holder, or management role within a specialty or fashion environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support store KPIs, including sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands‑on leadership approach.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning retail systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Results: Drive store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink while maintaining standards.
• Lead on the Floor: Act as Manager on Duty, setting expectations and leading shifts.
• Communicate Effectively: Reinforce priorities and foster open communication across the team.
• Coach & Develop Associates: Provide ongoing training and feedback to support growth.
• Execute with Ownership: Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution.
• Problem Solve & Protect Assets: Address challenges, resolve issues, and support loss prevention.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Model brand-right behaviors and coach in the moment.
• Operational Excellence: Support scheduling, payroll controls, policy execution, and compliance.
• Visual & Inventory Execution: Maintain visuals, inventory accuracy, and organized floor/stockroom.
