You will lead a hands-on team, oversee operations, and safeguard safety and profitability across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team; Set expectations, drive accountability, and build a positive team culture; Create schedules that support the business and control labor costs.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness; Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Sales & Profitability: Drive sales through merchandising, availability, and service; Manage inventory, expenses, and store performance.
• Customer Experience: Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues promptly; Maintain a welcoming, customer-first environment.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow company policies and all safety and regulatory standards; Promote a safe, secure environment for employees and customers; Perform additional duties as assigned.
