Job summary

Essential duties include maintaining attendance, flexible hours, safety, and driving selling behaviors through coaching. You will lead shifts, train Team Members, and ensure accurate documentation and operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory ability are strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately are essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and basic store equipment as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
