Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader for our Gurnee, IL location. You will be the CEO of your store, driving sales, mentoring a team, and ensuring top-tier guest experiences aligned with AEO Brand Standards.

You will own the store’s business plan, analyze daily trends, manage scheduling, and foster internal opportunities with a focus on leadership development and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• You're a business innovator: You own the controllable elements of your store's P&L, analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time decisions to achieve store financial goals.
