Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. You will engage customers, model selling behaviors, and ensure Omni/BOPIS readiness with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to teammates.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery with standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and handoffs.
• Assist with front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
• Maintain Store readiness by managing Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing.
• Operate cash register/computer and other equipment; help customers.
