Walmart in Longview, TX seeks a store leader to drive sales, develop teams and ensure excellent customer service. You will mentor associates, manage budgets, and implement business solutions aligned with company goals. You will oversee hiring, training, and performance management, while coordinating with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and uphold Walmart's values and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and complaints are resolved and provide process improvements for a high quality customer experience.
• Promote a culture of belonging and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and measure progress.
