The role includes receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise while ensuring team training and compliance. As a leader on duty, you will address customer and team concerns, ensuring a safe environment and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, an Associate's Degree, and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise.
• Ensure all team members receive the appropriate training and education.
• Act as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns.
