Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead in Kingston, Rhode Island. You will be responsible for working closely with the Department Manager or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise, while ensuring that team members are trained and compliant. This role requires a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience and an Associate's Degree or equivalent, along with the ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to stock merchandise.
• Assist Team Members with completing work within the store.
• Ensure all team members receive appropriate training.
