Job summary

Mizzen+Main is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Kierland Commons team in Scottsdale. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, driving store performance, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with POS systems. Availability for weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail or customer-facing experience; leadership or assistant management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team.
• Proficient with computers, tablets, and POS systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mizzen+Main with professionalism, product knowledge, and polished presentation.
• Deliver personalized customer service to inspire loyalty and drive sales.
• Learn promotions, new product launches, and events to guide the customer journey.
• Maintain a clean, brand-aligned retail environment for an outstanding experience.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, training, sales, and daily execution of initiatives.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of sales staff and keyholders.
• Provide daily on-the-floor leadership to align the team with goals.
• Assist in opening/closing, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
