Job summary

Rocky's Middleton store is seeking a Team Lead to support daily operations in the absence of store leadership. You will uphold the highest standards of helpful customer service and guide the team through daily tasks.

You will oversee inventory, training, merchandising, cash handling, and execution of sales goals, while maintaining equipment and fixtures and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Oversee store team and ensure optimum customer service
• Assist in training of store team to ensure performance
• Oversee receiving, stocking, and cash receivables per company procedures
• Work with management to achieve sales and productivity goals
• Assist in inventory maintenance and general housekeeping
• Maintain end-caps, cross merchandising, and displays
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, courteously, and discreetly
• Authorize acceptance of checks per policy
• Attend mandatory monthly store meetings
