Job summary

QuikTrip’s Phoenix Division Office is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations and help the team succeed. You will deliver excellent customer service, reinforce operational standards, and contribute to a welcoming experience for every shopper.

Under the Store Manager and fellow assistants you will promote teamwork, uphold policies, and train clerks on your shift, building a high-performing, growth-oriented store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail store sales experience is desired.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold store standards.
• Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and model professional behavior.
• Maintain a clean, customer-facing store appearance.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Optimize product presentation and merchandising.
• Coordinate shift performance and cross-shift tasks.
