SmartStop Self Storage in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6069. The role covers leasing storage, preparing rental agreements, supervising a team, and coordinating on-site maintenance while keeping tenants happy.

Hours are Mon–Fri 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am–4:00 pm, Sun 10:00 am–2:00 pm, with no nights. Starting at $16.00/hour plus Bonus, the job emphasizes customer service, sales of storage solutions, and upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units.
• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property.

• Light maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Maintain curb appeal.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• Position requires a background check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
