SmartStop Self Storage in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role involves leasing storage, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service with no nights.

The position starts at $16.00/hour plus a Bonus, and offers a daytime schedule Mon–Sat with potential for growth within the company. Candidates must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning of the property
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
