SmartStop® Self Storage in Asheville, NC, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations without night shifts. You will lease units, manage a team, assist with maintenance, and cultivate tenant relationships, all while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and solutions-oriented thinking with a 9:30am–6:00pm schedule (Sat 9–4, Sun 10–2). Starting pay is $16/hour plus bonus, with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units to customers.
• Prepare rental agreements.

• Promote and upsell self-storage solutions.
• Light maintenance and on-site project support.
• Background check is required.
