Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time associate to assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain stock and store appearance. You will unload trucks, restock shelves, and ensure a safe, clean, and friendly shopping environment for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar highly preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
