Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Experience preparing reports and correspondence.
• Apply instructions from written, oral, or diagrammatic sources.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearm transaction requirements where applicable.
• Qualification to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Standing, walking, reaching, handling, and lifting up to 20 pounds constantly; 21-40 pounds frequently; 41-60 pounds occasionally.

Full-time position.
