Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Work Experiences:

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must meet requirements to qualify for/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service orientation; effective problem solver and communicator with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, plan-o-grams, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.

Other Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Acceptable hearing and vision levels to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional behavior.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, handling, repetitive motions, feeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, finger use, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21 to 40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41 to 60 pounds.
