Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least two years of relevant experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Understanding of instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order systems, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with federal and state firearm transaction regulations.
• Qualification to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly.
• Ability to stoop, crouch, grasp, push, pull, and lift 21-40 pounds frequently.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds.
