Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team on the floor, energize shifts, and uphold service standards. This role focuses on coaching, quick decision making, and maintaining an engaging guest experience across peak times and events.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and a passion for sports and retail. 10–20 hours weekly availability is required, with varied daytime, evenings, and weekend shifts at our Novi, MI location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy store culture and model service standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates in real time.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a resource for basic operational questions and daily routines.
• Lead merchandising efforts: recovery, replenishment, and floor set transitions.
• Ensure service coverage, handle escalated customer concerns, and monitor service quality.
• Drive sales during shifts by keeping guests at the center of actions and events.
