Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support and monitor systems across network, Android, and Linux environments.
• Manage depot break/fix processes for store hardware—including PCs, scanners, and RF guns—by coordinating replacements and repairs.
• Design an analytical dashboard or reporting tool to visualize key operational data.
