Paycom - ATS Lakewood AutoParts Warehouse in Lakewood, NJ is seeking an Entry level Store Support role. This hands-on position assists with dispatch, order accuracy, warehouse stock, and general store duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include helping with deliveries, organizing inventory using an RF scanner, pulling customer orders, assisting with returns and restocking, and supporting multiple departments while maintaining safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read maps and understand delivery zones or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning and dispatch equipment preferred.
• General knowledge of the delivery area is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be flexible with work schedule, including Saturdays. Clarify every-other Saturday
• Must be able to consistently lift 40 pounds
• Detail oriented
