Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dependable Store Support role to assist with dispatch, order accuracy, and warehouse stock. You will group routes, load/unload deliveries, and maintain organization using RF scanning tools.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and flexible with Saturdays. You will support multiple store operations and help ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read maps and understand delivery zones or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning and dispatch equipment preferred.
• General knowledge of the delivery area is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be flexible with work schedule, including Saturdays. Clarify every-other Saturday.
• Must be able to consistently lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries by helping with orders, loading and unloading of delivery cars.
• Properly group delivery routes according to maps to maintain consistent delivery times.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanner.
• Pull and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and general warehouse organization.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide support across departments including dispatch, cashier, and loading operations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
