Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with high energy and a strong team mindset, delivering hospitality and quality food and beverages to every customer.

You will mentor teammates, manage tasks, ensure products are stocked and merchandised, and keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. This role includes a shift differential and opportunities for growth, bonuses, benefits, and ongoing development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (assistance up to 40 pounds).
• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
