Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a diligent Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team and deliver exceptional hospitality. This role rewards initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts with a premium differential.

The supervisor will mentor teammates, manage tasks, and ensure inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness standards are maintained to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to order safely and quickly.
• Mentor teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
