Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy and a customer-first mindset. You will promote hospitality across all guest touchpoints, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and foster a team environment focused on fast, friendly service.

The role offers a night shift premium and opportunities for growth within a dynamic convenience-store network. Strong leadership and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in-store, kitchen, and dining areas.
