Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21+ for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist with 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and high-level service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a fast, safe, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
