Job summary

VF Corporation’s Vans brand is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop associates, supervise daily operations, and ensure product flow aligns with brand standards while maintaining strong loss-prevention practices.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to maximize sales, deliver engaging service, and foster an inclusive, high-energy team culture in a fast-paced retail

• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure product flow to sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety standards.
