Circle K is seeking a full-time Store Associate in Murrysville, PA to deliver friendly customer service, manage cash transactions, and support merchandising and store operations. The role involves greeting customers, processing purchases, and assisting with daily tasks to maintain store standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation; prior retail or supervisory exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.

Responsibilities

Greets customers as they enter and thanks them as they leave; offers suggestions or recommendations.
Rings up all sales on cash register accurately and handles payments.
Performs multi-function operation of fuel console and related transactions.
Reports to work on time and follows dress and appearance code.
Performs shift supervision and may assume Store Manager responsibilities when needed.
Schedules employees and assists with training and performance feedback.
