Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training, and safety meetings.
• Follow company processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and building displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and control of damages, markdowns, scans and deposits.
• Assist in planogram implementation and ensure merchandise presentation per established practices.
• Support cash controls and deposits; assist with refunds and tills, and count register cash.
• Provide support in Store Manager's absence.
