Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with suggestions or recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
• Ring up sales accurately, handle payments and operate cash register.
• Supervise shifts and train staff on duties and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate cash, sales, payroll and inventory records; report discrepancies.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure good store image and customer service.
