Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and to deal with customers and unanticipated problems using standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coach store staff to deliver excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Maintain store facilities and merchandising including stocking, pricing, and signage to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting in accordance with company policy.
• Supervise staff during shifts and assist Store Manager as needed; ensure attendance and shift coverage.
