Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead salesfloor and stockroom activities, and manage staffing and payroll.

You will coach non-management staff, train teammates, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include inventory control, POS operations, and omni-channel order fulfillment, with a focus on product knowledge and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Drive sales through brand knowledge and visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
